Jaguar of Orlando

SEI was commissioned by AMSI to complete the Jaguar of Orlando project, which consisted of a complete interior remodel of the existing service department to convert it into new showroom space totaling 4,023 S.F.  The existing covered service drive was also enclosed and converted into new showroom space totaling 1,100 S.F. In addition to the remodel work, a new 11,847 S.F. addition was built which consisted of a new service and parts department, service drive and office space.  This project also involved the construction of a new single level parking deck. Lokey Mercedes-Benz

In 2010 Spring Engineering, Inc. was engaged by Lokey Motors extremely complex expansion and renovation of their facility in Clearwater, Florida. The project consisted of renovating and expanding the existing 40,000 S.F. facility, which was originally built over 40 years ago. The project had to be precisely planned and phased in order to keep the entire facility functional at all times. Because of the age of the original facility, all of the electric, HVAC and plumbing systems had to be replaced. Mini of Wesley Chapel

In 2010, Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned to deliver architectural and engineering services for the first stand alone MINI dealership in the southeast. The facility is a 19,000 S.F., two-story masonry and steel structure that emphasizes the attitude of the MINI brand through exposed steel structure, bold accent colors and modern finishes. The main focal point of the front façade is the cantilevered glass cube that projects beyond the black aluminum composite wall panels which clad the building. This cube is used to display feature vehicles from the second floor which are accessed through a unique vehicle lift located in.

Toyota of Orlando

In 2010, Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned by Vineland Motor Sales to design a Toyota dealership located on the I-4 corridor in Orlando, Florida. The project is located on 21 acres and is comprised of a 69,907 S.F. showroom and service building, a 27,266 S.F. collision center and a 3,200 S.F. carwash facility. The main dealership building is unique to all other Toyota dealerships throughout the country in that a tower element was incorporated into the design. BMW of Ocala

In 2012, Spring Engineering, Inc. was again commissioned by the Gettel Automotive Group to develop and design a 22 acre site containing three separate automotive franchises. One of these three dealerships, as shown here, was BMW of Ocala. Encompassing 21,538 S.F., the single story BMW Ocala consists of a high end showroom to display the BMW brand, a state-of-the-art 12-bay service department, parts storage and administrative offices. The linear façade is an arrangement of highly energy efficient window systems to create a glass box appearance to display the brand and also allow large amounts of natural day lighting to enhance the customer experience. Lokey Infiniti

In 2013 Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned with the complete 2 story remodel of the existing dealership. Renovation of the 2nd floor finishes & updating the 1st floor finishes include over 25,000 S.F. of work. The east wall was extended to include a Feature glass wall which floods the showroom with natural light. The koi fish pond was updated with a water feature and glass bridge. Regal Honda

Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned to design the Regal Honda project located at 2615 Lakeland Hills Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The scope consisted of the demolition of the existing sales facility and the construction of a new two-story building that contained the showroom and administrative offices. Pasco Middle Cafeteria

In 2009, Spring Engineering, Inc. was tasked with providing a remodel of the aging cafeteria and kitchen facilities at Pasco Middle School. The scope of the remodel was to completely renovate the kitchen facilities, remodel the teacher’s lounge, and provide enhancements to the serving line and main dining areas. In addition, the HVAC system was upgraded to tie into the new chilled water plant. Architecturally, the theme of the newly renovated campus was brought into the interior of the cafeteria and our design team created  an exterior storefront look along the serving line through the use of brick, precast moldings.
