Matter Brothers Pinellas Park
The newest Matter Brothers Furniture Store, designed by SEI, has gone up in Pinellas Park, FL. The 65,000 SF project features a new, larger reception area for the stores growing clientele, a showroom that perfectly compliments the stunning furniture, a café to enhance customer experience as well as a new warehouse, offices, and more. In addition to the amazing remodel, SEI was able to complete this project while keeping the store fully functioning.

Mazda of Wesley Chapel
In 2004, SEI worked as the Architects and Engineers for the original Mazda of Wesley Chapel. As a part of their Retail Evolution Program, the facility needed to upgrade it’s look to match that of their choice vehicles. As one of our loyal customers they sought out SEI for their expertise again. The newly renovated space features a beautiful and dynamic showroom as well as updated office space, meeting rooms, and reception area. This full renovation was completed in less than five months.

Volkswagen of New Port Richey
Volkswagen of New Port Richey underwent a complete renovation taking their standard dealership to a dynamic and modern 8,400 SF facility complete with new offices, reception area, showroom and meeting rooms. To complete the new look, Volkswagen NPR will now feature a +/- 2,000 SF and a much needed 10 acres for parking and car storage on-site with updated paving, lighting, sidewalks and contemporary display pads.
