Lamborghini Broward
In 2015 Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned by Warren Henry Automotive to design and remodel an existing building in order to develop a new Lamborghini Auto Dealership. Encompassing 18,400 s.f. of interior space. Lamborghini Broward consists of a high end showroom to display the state-of-art Service Department which includes a 10 service bays as well as detailing and a photography turntable, as well as parts storage and administrator areas. Audi Fort Lauderdale
The Audi of Fort Lauderdale Dealership was a very complex project which had many challenges. The 165,000 S.F., 4-story facility sits on only 1.7 acres. Matter Brothers Furniture Store
In 2013 SEI was commissioned to design the New The Matter Brothers Furniture store located at 4675 Clarke Road in Sarasota, FL. This project consisted of converting of an existing 108,395 S.F. site with an industrial structure and transforming it into a retail furniture showroom facility with mercantile occupancy. The new Matter Brothers Furniture store was made up of a new finished show room, storage/loading area, reception, design center, offices and remodeled restrooms.
