When Berkeley Preparatory School asked Spring Engineering to design a new space for their technology “Help Desk”, Spring Engineering took advantage of the opportunity to create a new kind of space. Rather than build a new “Help Desk” SEI suggested they instead create a “Technology Center” that would not just serve as a place for students and faculty to have their existing devices serviced, but to learn about new technology and how to integrate it in to their education. Toyota of Lakewood
Spring Engineering, Inc. was commissioned to design a new Toyota dealership for Gettel Automotive Group. This facility is 78,125 SF, on a 19.17 acre site located at East State Road 64 in Bradenton, FL. This project includes a brand new Toyota Showroom/Service Center (enclosed building), as well as an attached outdoor canopy area and a detached Carwash Building. This facility is LEED Certified as per the U.S. Green Building Council. Some of the positive outcomes from using sustainable methods and materials in the building during construction are; reducing carbon dioxide emissions and ozone depletion, reduces the use of potable water.

Coastal Cadillac
In 2003, Spring Engineering was commissioned by long-time client AutoNation, Inc. to design a brand-new Cadillac dealership along U.S. 19 in Port Richey, FL. This two-story dealership also featured a roof-top parking deck for storage of even more vehicles on the site.

Lakeland Automall
The project site is located at 1430 Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida. The site is 11.4951 acres and has six (6) driveway access points on Memorial Boulevard and three (3) along Brunnell Parkway. We propose to remove three (3) driveways along Memorial Blvd. and upgrade the remaining three (3). We are also removing one (1) along Brunnell Parkway and upgrading the remaining two (2). There is also a 1.21 acre parcel west of Brunnell Parkway which contains two (2) driveways on Memorial Boulevard, both of which will be removed as part of this project. There are ten (10) existing buildings.
