Audi Dominion

Our new Audi Dominion project is located in San Antonio, Texas. This project consists of an 8.44 acre site with a new, 171,227 SF, 2-story Audi Dealership featuring: a 10 car Showroom, 50 Service Bays and a 1,332 SF Carwash. We were able to connect a 3-story precast parking deck attached to the rear of the building to provide our client with ample and convenient parking for employees and inventory. International Auto Spa

The International Auto Spa project located at 4975 Clark Road in Sarasota, Florida. This unique facility was conceived with state-of-the-art technology and processes to quickly and efficiently maintain your car’s appearance. Customers have numerous options and levels of service available to them on-site. The complex has been designed to easily accommodate a significant volume of customers during peak weekend times. There will be comfortable indoor and outdoor lounges available while waiting for your car.

Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This project is a single story split showroom accommodating Jeep in one showroom and Chrysler/Dodge/Ram in the second with a shared vehicle delivery area. It also has a 54 bay Service Department and 7 bay Detail Area for a total of approximately 91,939 SF on the first floor. A unique component is the 3-story precast parking structure that was constructed above the Service Area and features glass vehicle displays, “Jewel Boxes,” cantilevered off the face of the parking structure. This provides an impressive and eye-catching feature for the commuters on the heavily traveled frontage road.

Audi North Park

The Audi North Park project, located in Selma, Texas, is currently under construction.  Construction started December, 2017 and has an estimated completion date of November, 2018.  This Audi will be located on a 7-acre site with a 42,000 SF 2-story building.

Audi Wesley Chapel

This is a brand new state-of-the-art Audi Dealership facility.  The construction consisted of a 36,000 +/- SF dealership building with a modern 10-car display showroom and 1,984 SF Carwash on a 5.4 acre site.

Lexus of Wesley Chapel

This project featured a new two (2) story Lexus Dealership and 30 bay Service Department, totaling +/- 58,523 SF. Other features include a Dual Carwash and an outdoor pavilion area. This dealership is a new, innovative, one of a kind dealership facility with upscale design elements similar to a luxury resort. This will become an iconic architectural feature in the Wesley Chapel community.

Maus Nissan

The Maus Nissan project is one of the first NREDI (Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative) version 2.0 in the Country.  Located in New Port Richey, FL this project included a new building facade, site upgrades and an interior remodel.
