This is a 7,000 S.F. Medical office Building and a 3,000 S.F. dental office. The medical office has eight exam rooms, laboratory, imaging, and six (6) offices. The dental office consists of eight (8) treatment rooms, offices and x-ray. SEI was commissioned to provide complete architectural and engineering design as well as construction administration.
