Projects That Meet The Highest Standard

Spring Engineering, Inc. has always been committed to designing sustainable projects that reduce their impact on the environment and lower future utility costs for project owners. As part of our commitment, a handful of our projects have been designed to meet LEED® certification standards. LEED® stands for “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” and is the preeminent program for the design, construction, maintenance and operations of high-performance green buildings. To become LEED® certified, a building must meet the strict requirements of the LEED® Green Building Program. With many corporations and governments now requiring new projects to be LEED® Certified, you’ll need a firm who knows how to meet those requirements. Not only will SEI ensure a LEED® Certification, our team will go above and beyond to get you to Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. To learn more about USGBC’s LEED® program, click here.
