Lakeland Automall

The project site is located at 1430 Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida.  The site is 11.4951 acres and has six (6) driveway access points on Memorial Boulevard and three (3) along Brunnell Parkway.  We propose to remove three (3) driveways along Memorial Blvd. and upgrade the remaining three (3).  We are also removing one (1) along Brunnell Parkway and upgrading the remaining two (2).  There is also a 1.21 acre parcel west of Brunnell Parkway which contains two (2) driveways on Memorial Boulevard, both of which will be removed as part of this project.

There are ten (10) existing buildings on these two (2) sites which will be altered as follows:  five (5) buildings will be completely demolished; two (2) new buildings will be constructed; four (4) of the buildings will be renovated; one (1) building will be renovated and expanded.  The total square footage of both sites will not increase.  Therefore, there will be no additional traffic for this site.
